Difference 2: there is an order of occurrence.

Generally, the application for customs declaration is made after inspection. The customs will accept the application for customs declaration only after the inspection and confirmation of the commodity inspection department, while the document review and release is made after inspection. Generally speaking, the customs will not accept the inspection application of the customer until it is confirmed by the commodity inspection department, and then carry out a series of review, release and other links.
