If the container goods arrive at the port of destination or the container transfer station at the port of destination, once the package is opened and unsealed, all or part of the goods in the container still need to be transferred to the mainland, the insured or his agent must obtain the consent of the insurance company at the port of destination and go through the formalities of increasing the charge according to the original insurance conditions and the insured amount, The insurance liability may be terminated at the destination consignee's warehouse indicated on the transfer order.

If the container is obviously damaged or the lead seal is damaged or lost at the transfer station at the port of destination, the warehouse of the consignee or the warehouse of the consignee transferred to the destination, or the lead seal number does not match the number listed on the bill of lading or invoice, the insured or his agent or consignee shall keep the original lead seal on the site and immediately notify the local insurance company for joint inspection. If the main body of the container is not obviously damaged and the lead seal is complete, the quantity and specification of the goods in the container are found to be inconsistent with the provisions of the contract after unpacking, or the damage caused by improper loading or stowage is not the insurance liability.

If the damage or shortage of container goods in the import declaration agency involves the responsibility of the carrier or a third party, the insured is obliged to obtain evidence from the carrier or a third party, claim compensation and retain the right of recourse. Containers carrying goods must have qualified inspection certificates. If the goods are damaged or lost due to unseaworthiness of the container, this is not insurance liability.
