China implements the import access of meat products, and foreign meat suppliers must put on record in China. Chinese meat products are only allowed to be imported by meat producers registered in China; Meat import access countries and manufacturers can query the export list of Chinese meat products of countries or regions that meet the evaluation and review requirements of the customs.

1. The official inspection and quarantine certificate of the exporting country or region attached to the imported meat products shall meet the requirements of the General Administration of customs.

2. The customs shall review the relevant documents of import enterprise declaration. If it meets the requirements, it shall accept the customs declaration verification and write off the quarantine approval quantity.

3. The customs shall manage the filing of exporters or agents exporting meat products to China, and regularly publish the list of exporters, agents and manufacturers on file.
